$ -Working with us is an affordable, professional way to maintain your bookkeeping system.
$ – We can bill by the hour or we can bill a flat rate monthly fee. Hourly rates will be billed weekly and due with 5 days.
$ – Monthly rates will of course be billed monthly and due upon receipt.
$ – There will be a deposit for all bookkeeping work.
$ – Initial consultation of one hour is at no cost
Bookkeeping
Our fees start at $45.00 per hour and vary depending on the complexity, amount of work to be done and if work will be done at your office or ours. We understand starting a new business can be very costly so our rates our negotiable. We do offer pick up and delivery service. There are extra fees involved for custom preprinted invoices, year end processing, W-2′s and 1099′s.
Tax Services
Our fees start at $60.00 for a 1040EZ and go up from there depending on the forms that will need to be added. There is an additional per hour cost if you are a business and don’t have your information in order.
